I am a certified Zero Balancing practitioner and faculty member and graduate of Crestone Healing Arts Center, CMT. The bodywork I practice is all done through the lens of Zero Balancing -connecting to the innate capacity of the body to release tension and unhelpful patterns and build back the natural fluidity and resilience that allows us to move forward to our full potential. Zero Balancing has been the method that has supported me the most along my own personal healing journey and given me tools to support my family’s health.
I come to the healing arts from a lifelong interest- eating well thanks to my mother who was an early “health nut” and both my grandmothers who taught me in their gardens and kitchens. And with gratitude to my dad who made sure we stayed physically active and connected to nature through camping, sailing and awareness of our native ancestors.
Helping people connect with their inner resources and innate healing potential is my passion and joy. My practice serves young children through elders.
